Return & Refund Policy

At swaggerfashionhub.com, we take hygiene and customer satisfaction seriously. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products (bras, panties, etc.), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Accepted Reasons for Return:

Wrong item received
Damaged or defective product
Product not as described

❌ Returns NOT Accepted:

Opened or tried items
Change of mind or incorrect size selection
Products without original packaging or tags

🕑 Return Window:
You must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery by emailing swaggerfashionhub@gmail.com with the following:

Order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Reason for return

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for return pickup or courier.

2. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be credited within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Note: In case a replacement is preferred, we will dispatch it once the returned product passes our quality check.
